Panic Attacks

Panic attacks are a very frightening experience. Whether you are being chased by a man with a knife or facing a re-occurring situation that panics you. The chemicals in your body go through the same process. A panic attack is like a car with a hyper-sensitive car alarm going off in the wind.

We are meant to have these responses in extreme danger to protect ourselves and are quite normal when used in the right place. Sometimes these can get out of control, but I can show you ways to stop them in a very calm and relaxed way.

I can give you the tools you need to be happy and confident that you have left them behind.

Success Stories

It all started about 30 years ago, mainly on holiday before the evening meal. I had diarrhoea felt sick and not interested in anything, this lasted 1~2 days. As we have retired we have more holidays, the last few years my panic attacks have got worse, diarrhoea sickness shaking uncontrollably, and wanting to go home and this lasted till our return. I have taken Cipralex and diazepam but this was not perfect.

I had a cancer scare and everything got on top of me, I was panicking all the time, and my Doctor put me back on Cipralex. As a last resort I plucked up the courage to ring Kirsty. Knowing nothing about hypnotherapy I was concerned about being hypnotised, this doesn't happen. At my first session Kirsty educated me on the foods I should be eating, how to breath to control the attacks and listening to a tape on deep relaxation. When I left my husband could see the change in me and I went on a camping holiday feeling much better.

All this happened about six weeks ago, now I feel great, stronger and interested in everything, lost weight and exercise more. As I am a diabetic this caused problems in the past but now my blood sugars are the best they have ever been. We are going to Canada for two weeks next month but I will see Kirsty before I go to reinforce the methods to control the attacks, if they happen. Thank you Kirsty for your help and guidance I couldn't have coped without you.

Jeannette

I had been suffering panic attacks/agoraphobia/anxiety for about 40 years. The NHS did not seem to want to cure me. I could cope "if I kept taking the tablets" but it wasn't much of a life.

Anyway, I went to see Kirsty in April 2012 and wow how my life is changing for the better. I am now moving house for the first time in 54 years and looking to be happy for the first time in my life because Kirsty has turned my life around.

Don't suffer like I did, go and see Kirsty. You will not regret it.
