"I went to see Kirsty because I was struggling with motivation, binge-eating and depression. When I was alone in the house, I would become quite down and miserable and, because of my low mood, I would seek comfort in junk food and binge on crisps, chocolate, cake and biscuits. Once I had finished eating my way through the cupboard, I would then feel more miserable as I had an ongoing battle with my weight since the birth of my daughter in 2009.

After just one session with Kirsty, I turned it all around. She asked me what I would like to do with my time instead of feeling down and binge-eating and, as I am a very crafty person, I wanted to have the motivation to finish various craft projects I had started, and to lose the weight I had gained during my binge-eating and pregnancy.

Since the session, I no longer have binge-eating sessions and now have so much more motivation and energy. I have also successfully lost 8lb and fell pregnant with my second baby and during this pregnancy I have maintained a healthy weight.

I am now looking forward to June 2012 and the birth of my baby. I can honestly say that once the baby is born, I will have the motivation to exercise and lose any weight I have gained during pregnancy."
